Our artisan jewelry business exists within an ecosystem of other small businesses and artisans such as local photographers, marketing professionals, gemstone dealers and local boutiques, just to name a few. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.

How Do I Place an Order? 

Placing an order can be completed in a few easy steps. Once you’ve found the perfect piece for you or a loved one, click “Purchase” on the product detail page. Next, enter an email that we can send your receipt to and complete the sections for your desired shipping address or choose local pickup or delivery.

If you are ordering in Little Rock, Melissa will reach out to you directly to find a good time for your to pick up your piece or arrange delivery.

Last, complete the payment options sections with a valid credit card or debit card or you may select Afterpay to pay in monthly installments. When everything has been completed, click “Purchase” and your order will be processed by Melissa Orsini herself. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

What Are My Payment Options?

When ordering online, we accept all major credit cards. You may also choose to pay via Afterpay, which can break your payment down into four payments, payable every two weeks. Afterpay is interest-free for up to six weeks and can be tracked via the Afterpay Mobile App. 

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Some pieces are made to order so please allow 5-14 business days for these items (excluding shipping). Stocked Items will be shipped within 3 business days. Customers can track their shipments at www.ups.com.

Shipped orders less than $500 will acquire a shipping fee of $18.76. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $500 or local pick up or delivery added at no additional cost. Global shipping rates are figured at checkout.

Can I Return or Exchange a Piece?

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue a credit. This policy is applicable to returns made within 15 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit. Store credits do not expire. Please email melissa@melissaorsinijewelry.com for a return authorization, and you'll receive further instructions.

When returning your pieces, please keep them in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx). Melissa Orsini Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail.

For online and show purchases made from November 24th to December 25th, we are happy to extend the return policy until January 20th (if you are shipping your return, returns must reach the studio by 1/20).

Can You Repair My Piece?

The studio is able to offer repairs on MOJ pieces on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs outside of regular wear and tear are available at cost (labor and material). Please get in touch with the studio via the form below for repair authorization and if you are able, include an image of your damaged piece.

Melissa Orsini Studios does not offer repair services on pieces purchased from other jewelers.
